September 7, 2014 - Interplanetary Shock, Today in History

Good morning folks. Here is an updated look at the visible solar disk on Sunday. Solar activity declined to low levels with only C-Class flares detected. Region 2159 produced a C7.5 flare at 02:04 UTC and was associated with a non Earth directed coronal mass ejection (CME).
