On this AMAZING video you will see a formation of what appears to be Energy Balls of Light traveling over San Antonio, Texas on Aug 30, 2014. At first they seemed to hover as the clouds pass underneath, then they appear to be high above the clouds and they seem to be emitting some kind of glowing energy till at some point they began to travel until out of sight.
