Here is Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel telling Senate Committee today that when all the various deployments of U.S. Military and Intelligence Personnel to Iraq take place, there will be 1,600 Americans there to assist Iraqis fight ISIS. But, of course, we will have no “boots on the ground” there.
