A report published here early yesterday detailed a brief phone conversation between a slurring his words Barack Obama and British Prime Minister David Cameron that left the Prime Minister’s staff “stunned.” Hours later, Barack Obama was in front of a podium in Europe giving a public performance that if not confirms that earlier report of odd behavior, certainly increases the legitimacy of the original story. Watch the following video of a very unfocused President of the United States struggling to form a single coherent thought together. Unlike Mr. Stewart, I see nothing funny about a president appearing so mentally incapacitated as Barack Obama does here.
