http://ift.tt/1wtP4rJ Ukrainian air force used cluster munition in Snezhnoe, Donetsk region. At 6:30 in the morning planes attacked apartment buildings and nearby non-residental structures. Death toll still unknown, but expected to be very high. Four hours later reported 11 dead, 8 wounded, at least 1 child rushed to the local hospital.
