(N.Morgan) In the incredible video below, we can see a prime example of the Geoengineering program at work. This footage should remind us that these occurrences are not natural, but definitively man made phenomenon. They call them noctilucent clouds, others call them ghost clouds. There is nothing in these clouds than man-made chemical substance which is used in large quantities to spray out above our earth and into our atmosphere to reflect the brightness back.
