(N.Morgan) Very strange and unnatural humming noises were heard in Phoenix Arizona, as we've seen reported in other parts of the country. The residents there are perplexed by what these sounds and frequencies could be. Most of us who are awake say this is HAARP or ELF. ELF is a high tech weapon abbreviated for Extreme Low Frequency signals which mimic natural brain waves.
