(N.Morgan) The Police State is becoming more aggressive and sneaky in their tactics to obtain access to our homes. Now, in this latest scandal, police in Durham NC were going to homes, claiming their had been anonymous 911 calls to go into people's homes without a warrant. This is a clear violation of our 4th Amendment right! Officers in Durham have apparently discovered that they can create the legal pretext for a search by lying about calls to 9-1-1 emergency services that never actually took place.
