In case you have been under a rock for awhile, something like 90% of Connecticut gunowners have refused to register their weapons. The state government has their hands tied and are sitting on them because they have no idea what to do and how to enforce this new law about registering their guns. In about half an hour thereis a gun rally in Connecticut to support gun owners.
