Officer brutalizes an entire family on camera! Posted 10 Sep 2013 Harris County, Texas – Deputy Jimmy Drummond is in big trouble after he was caught on tape brutalizing an entire family during a routine traffic stop. Harris County investigators revealed a videotape of officer Drummond brutally beating a son, father and mother on camera. The officer will be charged with official oppression and will appear in court this Friday.
