By Susan Duclos The Obama backed Syrian rebels are claiming the Assad regime conducted another chemical attack in the Jobar area of Damascus, saying they are unclear on what chemicals were used but they were having trouble breathing. This "claim" coincidentally comes as Russia and the U.S. are nearing an agreement, which the rebels have come out against, for the Syrian leadeship to hand over their chemical weapons stockpile to international control.
