(N.Morgan) Since the gang violence that took place in Chicago this last week, Gov. Pat Quinn seems to be debating whether to use military and state police to get the violence under control. I would point out, that Chicago is a Gun Free zone and as you can see, it hasn't made much difference in the violence that occurs there daily. Speaking about this week’s mass shooting in the Back of the Yards neighborhood, Quinn says he’s open to talking with Mayor Emanuel or Chicago Police Supt.
