September 20, 2013 Authorities say thirteen people, including a 3-year-old kid, have been injured after a gunman opened fire on people in a park in the city’s southwest. Chicago’s Fire Department officials say the child and some other victims are in critical condition. Meanwhile, a police spokesman says investigators have not yet determined how many were shot later on Thursday. This is the second such incident in a week in the country.
