Gov Test Run? Or Sabotage? Or Incompetence? Venezuela Hit By Blackout (Video)

By Susan Duclos Much of Venezuela was hit by a blackout on Tuesday, including the capital Caracas and the Venezuelan government is claiming it was sabotage by his enemies. The obvious explanation is the blackout is simply due to the Maduro's incompetence, but some wonder but some wonder if it wasn't a government test run, perhaps to gauge what public reaction would be to a more extensive black outs than the ones that continue to happen, or maybe as a false flag to blame leftist president Nicolas Maduro's right-wing enemies. 70 percent of the country was plunged into darkness according to The Telegraph and other news outlets, who report the blackout caused "chaos" and "pandemonium." Mr Maduro, who took the reins of the country’s Socialist government after the death of Hugo Chavez in March, insisted the blackout was the result of a plot by the extreme Right to mount an “electrical strike” against the country. In an evening address on state television, Mr Maduro claimed the power cut was “part of a low-level war” on the “revolution” begun by Mr Chavez.
