Two of the brothers, who are in law enforcement reportedly used their law enforcement discounts to purchase the weapons. They are charged with conspiracy to ship weapons without the proper federal licenses. Federal authorities claim that three brothers, two of which are active law enforcement, conspired to ship weapons to the Philippines without proper licenses.
