Here's the scoop: A California man said he is building a 2 million square foot underground doomsday shelter complete with a golf course and spa. Robert Vicino of San Diego said construction on his bunker is under way in Atchinson, Kan., and post-apocalyptic space will be available to families at a cost of $20,000, ABC News reported Wednesday.
