By Susan Duclos Multiple people are dead, at least eight reportedly injured at the DC Naval Yard, and according to the RT report shown in the video below, it is the opinion of at least one UK political commentator that given the fact that multiple shooters are being reported and that it was a military installation that was attacked, these shootings could be related to U.S. foreign policy. In the second video below, AMTV's Chris Greene is also discussing the ongoing chaotic reports where different outlets are reporting conflicting accounts of the amount of fatalities and injured, as well as the question of how many shooters are involved. There are also questions of why a reporter and commentator was caught, unaware of their visibility on camera, laughing during such an intense tragic fluid situation, Video of that found here, with the question of whether this is a false flag attack.
