By Susan Duclos We have seen the Obama backed Free Syrian Army (FSA) merge, in a ceremony uploaded to YouTube, with extremist rebel groups in Syria including the al-Nusra group which has been designated by the U.S. as an al-Qaeda group. We have also seen, via video, the FSA join with al-Nusra in an attack against the holy Christian village of Maaloula, where rebels forced the religious members of the small community to convert by gunpoint and those that refused were executed. We have seen the Syrian rebels behead men, including a priest, fire chemical weapons, torture innocent Syria residents and execute seven Syrian Army members, all on video as we watch the civil war rage in Syria.
