He wasn't just rumored to be a "legendary pot smoker", he was the "leader of the pack," in his own words. Those of us that read his writing, even though many doubt he actually wrote the stuff (there is doubt he is capable of this writing and remember that he never published as the President of the Harvard Law Review), and if they read it with an open mind, and weren't enamored by the glitz and the social implications of a Black President, knew that all was not right with this person. I grew up hard, on a dirt farm in West Virginia, my family living payday to payday, and those paydays, didn't get it. My parents were always in debt.
