Using Vinegar To Improve Your Health

Vinegar is wonderful for much more than salad making and washing windows. Vinegar belongs in the home medicine cabinet or first aid kit as well as the kitchen cabinet. Any vinegar is useful, but I almost always use organic apple cider vinegar when using vinegar for health care. Not only is it a tasty vinegar, I prefer to use organic preparations, especially when I am making herbal extracts. As people grow older, the body produces reduced amounts of stomach acid. As a result, symptoms of indigestion become more frequent.
