This is a photo of a dead Pro-Morsi protester who was shot by Egyptian security forces in the head. A shot that apparently, literally,blew his brains out. Obviously you cannot back extremism meaning the Pro-Morsi people, the salafists,Muslim Brotherhood and so forth BUT you cannot back this (the military rulers) either..
