Presidential Executive Orders Violated Privacy Laws More Than FISA In NSA Audit (Videos)

By Susan Duclos An internal NSA audit has identified 2,776 "incidents" or violations of the rules or court orders for spying on Americans or foreign targets in the United States. As the graph below shows, since 2011 those illegalities and violations were separated by authority and the majority are listed as presidential executive order violations. While much focus surrounding this audit is on the number of privacy violations, as the graph above shows, it is the abuse of presidential authority that is far more prevalent and should be highlighted. When a president of a Republic so audaciously bypasses Congress and the rule of law, it then shows conclusively that we no longer live in a Republic but are being ruled by a tyrant that believes he has no obligation to follow the laws set forth in the Constitution.
