Man Writes Own Credit Card Terms, Sues Bank (Video)



By Susan Duclos Russian Dmitry Argarkov received a credit card offer and not agreeing with the terms of the offer, scanned the document, altered the terms, mailed it back to Tinkoff Credit Systems, who obviously didn't read the terms, before signing it and sending Mr. Argarkov his new credit card. The changes made included a 0 pc interest rate, no fees and no credit limit and every time the bank failed to comply with the rules, he would fine them 3m rubles (£58,716). If Tinkoff tried to cancel the contract, it would have to pay him 6m rubles, they lost.
