Soon after his arrest he was released on $25,000 bail and immediately hired a high profile lawyer.[1] “He adamantly denies these allegations,” Edward Burke Jr., his attorney, told Justice Cahill. Mr. Burke did not mention his employers by name, saying only that he worked “at 200 West Street” in Manhattan, which is better known as the Goldman Sachs Tower.[2] “He is a very talented young man with a very responsible job,” Burke Jr. said, adding that, “He has the support of his family and he looks forward to having his day in court.” Police were called to a pool party at the house when someone there reported the car stolen, when the police arrived they were approached by the young woman who then reported the sexual assault. “The matter is still under investigation.
