Bradley Manning was sentenced to 35 years in prison this morning by a federal judge. He faced 90 years and activists were hoping for time served. To me it doesnt make much sense, why would he be held without trial for years and treated as a terrorist and subjected to torture methods and then only get 35 years in prison. Why do all that for this short a sentence?
