I knew hydrogen peroxide could be used for lots of different things, but I had no idea just how many practical uses it has. I didn’t realize how many conditions it could treat either. Hydrogen peroxide is also very cheap to buy, so there’s not really an excuse for you not to have a bottle in the cupboard or first aid kit. (Being an avid runner, I will be trying it for fungal foot, as I can never seem to get rid of it…)
A note of caution – hydrogen peroxide comes in a number of different strengths, commonly between 3 and 9%; please check the required strength when using for wound care, skin conditions and oral care.
