California Congressman Okays Sodomy for Convicts!
I love the smell of napalm in the morning. Rubbers for Robbers!
In California, Oakland Democratic Assemblyman Rob Bonta has proposed the issuing of condoms to convicts.
Mind you, we are not talking about conjugal visits…we are talking about Bubba and Shrimp, or, in other words, he who is the biggest con and a sexual predator, and he who has no, uh, protection from the biggest dude on the block. An example of a real ‘hood’ So, it is protection from sodomy. Which means that our friendly democratic assemblyman is giving implicit blessings to that practice.
Sodomy is, to be sure, sort of illegal.
I say sort of because, according to California penal code 286 PC, it is illegal to force somebody to have sodomy against his/her will.
So if Shrimp said yes, then he gets a state approved condom.
Except for the fact that, sodomy or not, sex is a felon for convicts.
